Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your music and merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible, ensuring that all vinyl records and apparel remain in their original plastic wrap or with tags attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping information.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
